OBTAINING A MiCA LICENCE IN LUXEMBOURG : Key issues to anticipate before 30 June 2026

Since 30 December 2024, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (“MiCA”) has been fully applicable to crypto-asset service providers (CASPs).
