Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1996, Sabrina Martin, partner at MARTIN-CONDROTTE Avocats à la Cour, is graduated from the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management of the University of Strasbourg.

Maître Nicolas Bournonville

Associate

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2023, Maître Bournonville worked as an associate in the Litigation and Risk Management department at Loyens & Loeff and served as a lawyer-linguist at the Court of Justice of the European Union. He holds a degree in Comparative Law from Panthéon-Assas University as well as an LL.M. in European Business Law from the Europa-Institut in Saarbrücken.

Maître Meschac Felisma

Associate

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2023, Maître Felisma previously worked as a legal advisor in fund taxation at the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance, before practicing as a lawyer at a Luxembourg law firm specializing in the structuring and regulation of investment funds. Maître Felisma holds a degree in Comparative Law from Panthéon-Assas University as well as an LL.M. in Financial Regulation from Indiana University.

Maître Mathias Carpentier

Associate

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2023, Maître Carpentier gained solid experience in investment fund structuring at Clifford Chance, after completing several internships with major French public institutions such as the Senate and the National Assembly. He holds a degree in Comparative Law from Panthéon-Assas University as well as an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg. He is also a graduate of Sciences Po Grenoble.
